What is your story? 

Everyone can be fit. What fitness looks like, however, is highly individualistic. Your history, age, interests, abilities, time are among the variables that determine what your specific fitness program should look like. This is the driving philosophy behind “personalized fitness”. You are the main focus. What are your interests, what is your daily routine, what do you eat, how do you sleep, how do you move? There is ample evidence that longevity, vitality, confidence, and productivity are 100% correlated to taking care of your body through exercise and the right nutrition. Together we will define parameters to a balanced, healthy, and fit lifestyle. Whether this is more focused on strength training, mobility, endurance, nutrition, your daily routines, or a combination of these modalities. We are not just a gym, We are here for you and your goals.

Do you want to lose weight? Do you suffer from back or neck pain? Are you losing balance while walking up the stairs? Do you feel tired throughout the day? Are you struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep? Have you just given birth and want to set yourself up for a strong future as a healthy mom? Do you want to be able to continue playing with your (grand) children? Are you struggling to find ways to keep your nutrition balanced? Do you have old injuries that keep on coming back to haunt you? Are you unable to commit to an exercise program? Or do you just want get stronger or fitter?

Whether you’re getting older and feel like you’re no longer in control of your body, just started a desk job and need to find a new routine to get your nutrition and exercise back on track, or a longtime runner but realize that you need to add in some resistance training to improve your strength, balance and bone density. Your physical activity, nutrition and lifestyle are of major influence on the regulation of your metabolism, hormones, and muscle synthesis- irrespective of your age, history or capabilities. Facilities

the studio

The studio is located in the heart of Amsterdam. The Basement is located a few steps below street level (a true "souterrain") in a monumental house along the canals of Amsterdam. The studio consists of two training areas, has a backyard, and a bathroom, including a sauna.
